My name is Ange Andrianavalona, I am a 27 years old French published writer, illustrator, character designer, and consultant in creativity.
I live in the south of France (Provence), but I also lived 3 years in Japan.

I have been working as an illustrator and getting experience in many aspects of the publishing world (art direction, marketing, communication, team management, project managament and tight deadlines) for 6 years.
I have spent the last 5 years travelling in Europe, and I have been living in Japan a few years.

As a published illustrator, I have been trying my best to make artists/people around me fulfilled and successful on their way to be artists and be published.
I wrote a blog dedicated to this action called Artistezen.fr [France] where I share a lot of advices that I’ve learned from my own professional and personal experience.
I am actually translating all those articles into english in order to share and deliver valuable informations to other creative.I work online with artists [Japan, France, UK and Usa for now] everywhere in the world by using Email, Instant Messaging and online Whiteboards.

Extra infos : What I am proud of
Some career and personal achievements
- When I was a child, I had the dream to become a children’s book writer and illustrator. When I grew up I have learned that the publishing world is a very competitive ‘market’ but I never forgot my dream, worked hard and made the dream come true.
- I have created a character wich adventures were published (14 books for now) and available in 4 languages (english, chinese, french, dutch), and appreciated in several parts of the world.
- I could help some artists publishing their first book
- I have moved to Japan without knowing a word but could finally learn the japanese language and build there interesting business and personal relationships
- I have worked in an After-school child care center in Yokohama (Japan), with children age 6 to 12. Playing with children, entertaining them, hand painting, teaching them about my own country (France) and helping them doing some homeworks. Some people would think that it’s not an interesting activity at all, but I am actually proud that I could be useful there.
- I have learned some crazy painting techniques with a one-legged peruvian man in the street!
- Hopefully much more to come : I’m only 27.
